TB Test Information

for Glenoaks Volunteers

Please be advised that all Glenoaks Elementary volunteers must have TB clearance. TB clearance should be renewed every four (4) years.

For TB testing, choose any of the following options that best fit your schedule.

1) Visit the upcoming TB clinic offered by GUSD, free of charge! Please contact Laurie Jones in the school health office if you plan on attending; 818-242-3747.

2) Visit the Glendale Health Center. No appointment is necessary. To get a free TB test you must show evidence that you are a volunteer. Please ask the school office for a letter to verify you are a school volunteer.

3) Schedule an appointment with your private physician
